Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the restaurant's seating capacity - Manage waitlists and ensure accurate wait times are communicated to guests - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry practices is beneficial Join our team and enjoy the following
